which of the following was the deciding factor for why the u.s. constitution was finally ratified?
The Constitution of the United States is the founding document of the federal government of the United States of America and is the supreme law of the country, and is the oldest uninterrupted written constitution in the world. The Constitution establishes the US federal government with three separate powers: Legislative, represented by Congress, Executive, represented by the President of the United States, and Judicial, represented by the Supreme Court of the United States. It regulates the relations between them, and contains provisions aimed at guaranteeing the rights of individuals to life and property, and to freedom of worship and expression. In order to guarantee these freedoms, the framers of the American Constitution stressed the need for restrictions on the powers of each of the powers of government, and the powers were divided to ensure that power was not taken by one person or party, in addition to the equality of all before the law, and ensured the separation of religion from the state as a secular state.
